Kalamazoo, Mich. - Western Michigan Athletics is excited to host a full weekend of events on campus!
Beginning on Friday, Bronco fans can treat themselves to a Bronco Baseball and Softball doubleheader! The softball team will be celebrating their Senior Weekend along with their Mental Health Awareness games against Northern Illinois University. First pitch on Friday will be at 3:00PM. Bronco Baseball will join them on Friday with a game against the Kent State Golden Flashes. First pitch will be at 3:05PM.
Saturday features a full slate for Bronco Athletics, with the 2026 Spring Football Showcase for the reigning MAC Champions. Bronco fans can participate in a pre-showcase tailgate in Lot 7, beginning at 10:30AM. The tailgate is completely free and includes a tailgate buffet, and family friendly activities. Following the conclusion of the Spring Football Showcase, team autographs will take place on the field at Waldo Stadium.

Additionally, Baseball and Softball will be hosting huge home events on Saturday. Baseball will feature nine innings of winning – one lucky fan will be chosen each inning for a prize given out at the marketing table. Softball will host their Senior Day celebration prior to the 1:00PM game. Bronco fans can celebrate the four seniors – Emily Yacapraro, Tristen Head, Jadeyn Merrill, and Haleigh Smith pre-game.
