KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan football team and head coach Lance Taylor have announced the 2025 schedule, featuring five Saturday home games, including Central Michigan. 

Bronco fans, secure your spot for the 2025 WMU Football season! Deposits for new season tickets are now available. Season ticket renewals will be sent out in early April. Fresh of the program's 12th bowl appearance Western Michigan opens its third season under Taylor at Michigan State on Saturday, Aug. 30. The home-opener and annual Tailgate Concert is set for Saturday, Sept. 6 against North Texas. The Broncos then head back to Big 10 Country to take on Illinois on Saturday, Sept. 13.  

The Broncos open MAC play at home on Saturday, Sept. 20 against Toledo for Family Day and then are back home the following Saturday on the 27th to host Rhode Island for the annual CommUniverCity Game. WMU makes its first road trip in MAC play on Saturday, Oct. 4, heading to UMass.

Western Michigan welcomes Ball State to Kalamazoo on Saturday, Oct. 11 for Homecoming and the WMU Hall of Fame celebration. The Broncos then wrap up the month at Miami (OH) on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The Battle for the Victory Cannon returns to Kalamazoo and returns to Saturday on Nov. 1 when Central Michigan visits. 

Mid-Week #MACTion begins for the Broncos on Tuesday, Nov. 11, hosting the defending MAC Champion Ohio Bobcats. The Broncos then head to Northern Illinois on Tuesday, Nov. 18 for the program's final MAC game against the Huskies. Western Michigan closes out the 2025 regular season at Eastern Michigan on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
