Western Michigan Athletics Announces the Broncos Coaches Show Hosted by Old Burdick’s

KALAMAZOO — Western Michigan University Athletics is excited to announce the launch of the Broncos Coaches Show hosted by Old Burdick's. The show will take place live at Old Burdick's located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo and will feature WMU Football Head Coach Lance Taylor, along with select student-athletes every Monday for the remainder of the season.

"As we continue our efforts to engage the Bronco community locally and worldwide, it had been a goal to re-introduce a coaches' radio show to our community offerings," said Vice President/Director of Athletics Dan Bartholomae. "We are so thankful to partner with Old Burdick's to bring this show to life, and look forward to sharing great content with our fans."

Hosted by Robin Hook, the voice of the Broncos, the show will begin at Noon and will be streamed live on YouTube.com/WMUAthletics. The first episode will air on Monday, September 30th, providing fans an exclusive opportunity to hear directly from Coach Taylor and key players about the latest updates, upcoming games, and more.

In addition to Coach Taylor and football student-athletes, each episode will also highlight other Bronco programs, featuring appearances from head coaches and student-athletes from various teams. The first week will include a special segment with Head Men's Soccer Coach Chad Wiseman, who will discuss the success of his nationally ranked soccer team.

"We're excited to host the Broncos Coaches Show here at Old Burdick's and support WMU Athletics," said Nick Gromek, Old Burdick's Downtown General Manager.  "It's a great opportunity to bring the Kalamazoo community together and celebrate our Broncos!"

Fans are encouraged to join the live audience at Old Burdick's to enjoy great food, beverages, and the opportunity to interact with their favorite Broncos in person. The Broncos Coaches Show promises to be a weekly highlight for the WMU community, celebrating the accomplishments and stories of student-athletes and coaches across all sports.

Mark your calendars for Monday, Sept. 30, and tune into YouTube.com/WMUAthletics for the inaugural episode.
