BUSY WEEK CONTINUES
Coming off of a straight-set win at Michigan State on Wednesday, Western Michigan heads right back out on the road to face UC San Diego, High Point and James Madison at the Erie Insurance Invitational down in Harrisonburg, Va.

THE OPPONENTS
UC San Diego enters the weekend at 5-1 and had a pair of freshmen in Molly McCluskey and Paulina Baillie earn Big West honors earlier this week. High Point is 3-3 after splitting a pair of matches at its home tournament last weekend including a five-set loss to Ohio. James Madison checks in at 2-3 after falling to Ball State and #9 Kentucky last week in Lexington, Ky. JMU is the only team of the three that WMU has faced before, with the Broncos sweeping the Dukes in Kalamazoo back in 2001.

LAST TIME OUT
The Broncos started the week with a straight-set victory at Michigan State on Wednesday night, making it two years in a row they have swept a Big Ten team on the road. WMU hit a season-high .306 for the night, with Keona Salesman leading the attack with 17 kills on a .471 hitting percentage. Logan Case racked up 35 assists and 11 digs to pick up her fifth straight double-double.

SETTING THE STANDARD

For the season, the fifth-year setter is second in the nation in assists/set at 11.91.
