KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan gymnastics continues Mid-American Conference competition on Friday at Northern Illinois at 8 p.m.
The Broncos will also compete against Wisconsin-La Crosse and Wisconsin-Whitewater at the quad meet. Live streaming is available at

LAST WEEK
Western Michigan was on the road at Eastern Michigan, defeating the Eagles 195.800-195.325.
Amanda Gruber and
Cassie St. Clair picked up event wins, with Gruber winning on beam with a 9.900 and St. Clair tied for first on vault.
Payton Murphy tied for first in the all-around with a 39.325.
TOP 25
Western Michigan ranks in the top 25 in two events as a team. WMU is 24th on vault with an average score of 49.020, with a high of 49.050 on the season. The Broncos are also 24th in the nation on floor with an average score of 49.180.
WMU is far ahead of its final national ranking in those two events from last season. The Broncos finished the season 38th on vault and 35th on floor.
The Broncos also have two individuals ranked in the top 100.
Amanda Gruber ranks 91st on beam with an average of 9.820 and
Payton Murphy is tied for 51st on floor with a 9.875 average.
Breckin Quoss sits just outside the top 100 on bars, tied for 103rd with a 9.825 average.
