LAST WEEK
The Broncos split matches last weekend with Purdue Northwest and Michigan State. WMU swept PNW, 7-0, at home before suffering a 4-0 loss in East Lansing.
ROAD WARRIORS
Friday's home match against Oakland is WMU's last until March 22 against Bowling Green. The Broncos head on the road for their next six matches.
Western Michigan travels to Youngstown State next Friday before two matches in Cleveland against Cleveland State and St. Bonaventure. The Broncos then head West for Spring Break for a pair of matches at the University of Arizona. WMU battles the Wildcats on Saturday, March 2, and then will play Nevada at UA the following day. Western Michigan wraps up its road trip opening Mid-American Conference play at Toledo on Saturday, March 16.
SCOUTING THE GOLDEN GRIZZLIES
Oakland is off to a 1-3 start. After opening with a 5-2 win at Niagara, OU has lost its last three matches at Buffalo, at Eastern Michigan and at Ball State.
