BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team wrapped up its weekend of competition falling on the road to Indiana, 5-2, on Sunday.

The Hoosiers took the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3 to go up 1-0 into singles.

Sam Landau pushed IU's lead to 2-0 after a win at No. 3 over Peter Kuszynski, 6-2, 6-1, but senior Arjun Honnappa got the Broncos (3-5) on the board with a win at No. 4 over Ilya Tiraspolsky 6-2, 6-4. Sophomore Anton Arzhankin tied it up at 2-2 with a win at No. 2 over Luka Vukanovic 6-2, 6-2 but the Hoosiers would rattle off wins at No. 6, No. 5 and No. 1 to seal the match.

Western Michigan returns home to host Illinois State on Friday at 12 p.m. at West Hills Athletic Club. Admission is free.
