FROM COACH CATALDO
"Today went well. We had a few season best marks and improvements from last week. Kennedy and
Lane Hagens both had lifetime bests in the shot put. Seeing Alayna and Maddie come out and drop 2-4 seconds from last week shows we are moving in the right direction. We went into this meet looking for growth, and we are seeing it. We're going to take next week off of competition, train, and make some adjustments before we get back to competition the following week."Â
