It will be the 32
nd meeting between Western Michigan and Bowling Green. Since 2000, WMU holds a 20-11 record against the Falcons. WMU lost both meetings against BGSU in the regular season, dropping both matches in three sets.

No.2 seed WMU defeated No.3 seed Ohio in four sets (25-19, 25-16, 19-25, 25-16) in the MAC Tournament Semifinals on Friday. WMU hit .264 as a team and was guided by senior outside hitter

Bontrager Named MAC Player of the Year
Senior outside hitter
Rachel Bontrager became the ninth player in school history and first since Zakiya Pope back in 2000 to earn MAC Player of the Year honors. Bontrager was also named First Team All-MAC for the third year in a row after leading the conference and ranking sixth in the NCAA with 344 kills. Bontrager's 4.59 kills per set ranks first in the MAC and 12
th in the nation.
Case Named MAC co-Setter & Freshman of the Year
Freshman
Logan Case earned MAC co-Setter of the Year honors, marking the fifth Bronco in program history to do so and the first since Terin Norris back in 2012. Case was also named MAC Freshman of the Year, the 10th Bronco to earn the award and first since 2015. Case ended the regular season leading the MAC and the NCAA with 12.16 assists per set.
