KALAMAZOO, Mich. – With one home meet in the books, the Western Michigan gymnastics program has four events inside University Arena remaining. Three promotions highlight the home docket.

On Sunday, February 2, the Broncos will celebrate Super Bowl Sunday with football themes throughout the 1 p.m. meet against Bowling Green.

A week later, on February 9, Western Michigan hosts Ball State for a 1 p.m. meet that will serve as the annual Breast Cancer Awareness event. Fans are encouraged to wear pink for the contest.

The regular season home finale will be Sunday, March 8 at 1 p.m. against Kent State. WMU will honor seniors
Taylor Buis and
Amelia Mohler for its postmatch Senior Day ceremony.

The year, the Mid-American Conference Championship will be held in Kalamazoo, beginning at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 21. Tickets for the league title tilt are on sale now at
WMUBroncos.com. All regular season meets are free of charge.

The Broncos head to Northern Illinois for a 7:30 p.m. meet this Friday. Last weekend, WMU was in Tucson, Ariz., for a quad meet with Arizona, Iowa State, Rutgers and the host Wildcats.
