KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan women's tennis team with have split-squad matches this weekend, as WMU will host the Bronco Hidden Duals Oct. 26-28 at Sorensen Courts & West Hills Athletic Club while also sending players to compete in the Robert Allison Fall Classic at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala. Oct. 26-27.Â
"We are really looking forward to competing this weekend," said assistant coach
Alexis Casati. "We've had a longer gap between tournaments which has given us some time to continue to work. The girls in Alabama have a great opportunity to play against some 'bigger' schools and might even come across a few nationally ranked opponents. Our girls playing at home this weekend also have a great opportunity to compete against three schools we often see in regular season play. Overall, we're looking to keep picking up individual wins and gain some team momentum for our Super Challenge next weekend."
