First Quarter Notes

·         WMU blocked its first PAT since Nov. 16, 2013 against Central Michigan (Cleveland Smith)

·         Michael Henry started at WR, his first career start.

·         Ronald Zamort's interception was his second of the season and sets a new career-high for interceptions in a season.

·         Jarvion Franklin's 10th rushing touchdown of the season matches the entire team's rushing touchdown total from last season.

·         Franklin extends his touchdown streak to four games.

·         Franklin's touchdown was the first points scored against Virginia Tech in the history of the series with the Hokies.

Second Quarter Notes

·         Donald Celiscar's interception was his first of the season.

·         Michael Henry's 30-yard reception is the longest of his career.

·         Andrew Haldeman's 46-yard field goal is a season long.

Third Quarter Notes

·         Kendrick Roberts' 48-yard reception is his longest of the season.
