First Quarter
- WMU forced a three-and-out to start the game for the second straight week
- First career start for Jarvion Franklin
- Corey Davis's 61-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter marks the second straight game a Bronco has scored on a 61-yard play from scrimmage
- Davis has now scored a touchdown in two straight games
- The Broncos' last one-play drive came on Nov. 16, 2013, a 29-yard run by Dareyon Chance vs. Central Michigan
- Jarvion Franklin scored from a yard out for his fourth rushing touchdown in the first two games
- WMU took a 14-7 lead entering the second quarter
Second Quarter
- Corey Davis went over 100 yards receiving on the Broncos' first drive of the quarter, when his 33-yard reception gave him 105 for the game
- Sixth career 100-yard receiving game for Corey Davis, and first this year
- Daniel Braverman recorded his first career receiving touchdown on a 31-yard pass from Zach Terrell to start the quarter
- Braverman scored his second receiving touchdown of the game with 9:41 remaining, taking off 57 yards for the score
- Ronald Zamort recorded the Broncos' first takeaway of the season, picking off Matt Linehan and returning it 57 yards
- Jarvion Franklin scored his second touchdown of the game on a 39-yard run to give WMU a 35-17 lead
- Franklin is first Bronco to rush for 100+ yards in back-to-back games since Tevin Drake in 2010 (vs. Kent State - 11/20/10, at Bowling Green - 11/26/10)
- Broncos scored 35 points in the first half, already the highest single-game points total in the P.J. Fleck Era
- Broncos' 35 points represent the most in a half since scoring 42 against Eastern Illinois on Sept. 8, 2012
Third Quarter
- Andrew Haldeman booted his first field goal of the season on the first drive of the quarter, kicking a 20-yard score to put the Broncos ahead 38-19
- The Broncos' first scoring drive of the half consisted entirely of running plays
- Brett Scanlon recorded his first career tackle in the second half
- Jarvion Franklin recorded his third rushing touchdown with 23 seconds remaining in the third quarter; he now has two straight games with at least three rushing scores
- With 45 points through three quarters, the Broncos had their most points in a game since a 52-21 win over Eastern Illinois on Sept. 8, 2012; most points in a road game since a 66-63 loss at Toledo on Nov. 8, 2011
Fourth Quarter
- Cleveland Smith sacked Matt Linehan twice in the fourth quarter for three total on the day; first career multi-sack game for Smith
- Jarvion Franklin established new career highs in attempts (33) and rushing yards (210), becoming first Bronco since Phil Reed in 2002 to crack 200-yard barrier (226)
- Jarvion Franklin recorded one of only 18 200-yard rushing games in Bronco history
- Zach Terrell finished with three touchdown passes for his second straight multi-TD game
- Grant DePalma recorded 10 tackles for the second straight game, and 2.0 TFL
