LAST GAME RECAP
Western Michigan took a break between the USF Tournament Series to take on Maine in a non-conference showdown at the Eddie C. Moore Complex.

One start after matching her career high in strikeouts against Stephen F. Austin, Becca Shemberger set a new high with her first ever double digit strikeout with 10 K's in the Broncos' shut out victory over the Black Bears.

Shemberger allowed just one hit in a start for the second time this season and allowed only one batter to reach base on a walk.  She registered her third complete game of the season and first shutout of 2013.
