KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Western Michigan's softball doubleheader scheduled against Oakland has been canceled due to rain and unplayable field conditions on Wednesday afternoon.  The Broncos have just three more non-conference games scheduled, two with IPFW and a single game at nationally ranked Michigan.

The Broncos will travel to Ohio and Akron for a pair of weekend Mid-American Conference series.  WMU will play a doubleheader in Athens, Ohio, on Friday and a two-game set in Akron, Ohio, on Saturday and Sunday.  All four games can be followed through Live Stats via www.wmubroncos.com.
