-- Western's three-game winning streak is its longest since the 2001 season.

-- Buffalo scored its first touchdown of the season at the 14:47 mark of the fourth quarter on a
25-yard touchdown pass from Drew Willy to Chad Upshaw. That was also the first touchdown
pass of Willy's career.
-- Buffalo's touchdown snapped a streak of four games dating back to last season without a TD.
-- Buffalo's 21 points are the most since a 36-6 victory over Central Michigan last season.
-- In his first career start Willy became the first UB quarterback since Randall Secky in 2002 to complete more than 25 passes in a game (30-38 for 288 yards and 2 TD).
-- Brett Hamlin and Derrick Dyer each set a career-high in receiving for the second consecutive game with 68 and 59 yards, respectively.
