Chris Wang is entering his ninth season as the head coach for the WMU Cheerleading Team. Chris was an assistant coach at WMU from 2005-2007. He is a member of American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators (AACCA).Â
Chris was a member of the WMU Cheer Team from 1998-2002, and also from 2004-2005. Chris has competed twice at UCA Nationals (Universal Cheerleaders Association), 1998 with Northville High School and 2002 with WMU.Â
He graduated from Western Michigan in 2002 with a Bachelors of Art in Marketing. Chris also earned his master's degree in Athletic Administration from WMU in 2005.
