Jonathan Ceh was named the WMU Director of Football Operations in March of 2024.

Ceh joined the Broncos after spending one season at Old Dominion as the assistant director of operations. Prior to that he was a football operations graduate assistant at Arkansas and worked in the equipment office at Mississippi State.

Ceh graduated from Penn State in 2020 and worked briefly at Boeing as a supply chain specialist before pursuing a career in football.
