OUTDOOR: Saw action in seven meets … collected a shot put throw of 14.67 meters at the Clyde Hart Classic … secured a PR discus mark of 45.50 meters at the Spartan Invite … placed fourth in the shot put (13.33 meters) and discus (39.99 meters) at the Chippewa Challenge … produced a throw of 14.21 meters in the shot put at the Clark Wood Open … had a PR shot put mark of 14.76 meters to finish fourth at the MAC Championships.

OUTDOOR: Selected to the Academic All-MAC Team … saw action in six meets … opened the season with a sixth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 12.02 meters … placed third in both the discus (39.06 meters) and shot put (12.49 meters) at the Jack Shaw Invitational … posted a PR discus throw of 45.43 meters at the Clark Wood Open … finished seventh in the shot put with a PR throw of 14.00 meters at the MAC Championships. 

2023: INDOOR: Competed in six meets … began the year with a PR of 13.10 meters in the weight throw at the GVSU Holiday Open … posted a season-best shot put mark of 12.81 meters at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown … finished 13th at the MAC Championships in the shot put with a throw of 12.51 meters. OUTDOOR: Saw action in six competitions … finished third in the shot put and fifth in the discus at the Jack Shaw Invitational … posted a season-best hammer throw of 37.02 meters at the Don Kleinow Memorial Invitational … finished ninth in the discus with a PR throw of 41.99 meters at the MAC Championships.
