Nadin Indre

Nadin Indre enters his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Bronco men's tennis team after completing a successful first season mentoring the program in 2014-15.  Highly decorated in his playing career, Indre’s ability to compete against opponents at the highest level will provide excellent insight and knowledge as he instructs the current generation of Broncos.

Indre was a three-time First Team All-Mid-American Conference selection at Western Michigan and captured the conference’s highest honor in his rookie campaign, earning MAC Player of the Year honors in 2012 as he led the Broncos to the first of two MAC Tournament championships in his tenure. Playing nearly exclusively in the No. 1 position throughout his career, Indre posted a 77-32 career mark in singles for a .706 winning percentage; that average is the third-highest for a Bronco singles player since head coach Dave Morin took the reigns of the program in 1996. Indre entered the 2013-14 season ranked 124th in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association singles rankings, and finished the season with a perfect 4-0 mark against Big Ten No. 1 singles players. He also took home the MAC’s Jack Vredevelt Sportsmanship Award of the conclusion of his senior season in 2014.

In addition to being a standout player, Indre also proved himself in the classroom in three years at WMU. A three-time Academic All-MAC selection, Indre was also twice named an ITA Scholar-Athlete award recipient.

Indre graduated from Western Michigan in May 2014 with a degree in Computer Information Systems.
