How To Order Tickets

Fans can order ticket in person at the Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium, via phone or on-line a

The Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium is open Monday - Friday

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
 

Ticket Replacement Policy

  • Western Michigan University is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets.  There are no refunds or exchanges for previously purchased tickets.
  • If a ticket holder reports to the game without their tickets, they may purchase a seating pass for the full face value of the ticket.  A full refund will be issued if the misplaced tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 15 days of the event.
  • If tickets are lost in the mail, the ticket holder must contact the Athletic Ticket Office at least one day prior to the event.

  • Gate Information: Gates open 60 min prior to the scheduled game time. 
  • Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Western Michigan University is a Tobacco Free campus. The use of tobacco products is not permitted indoors or outdoors on any University property.
  • First Aid: If you are in need of first aid or emergency care during an event please see an usher or game day staff.

Game Day Information

Tickets and Will Call
  • Game day ticket sales and Public Will Call will open at 1.5 hours prior to game time at main gate ticket booth.  Gates officially open one hour prior to game time.
  • WMU PLAYER and VISITING TEAM pass list are located at the main gate

Directions: 

  • From I-94: Exit at Oakland Drive (Exit #75) and go North. Until you come to the light at Oakland Drive and Parkview Ave. Turn left onto Parkview Ave and continue on until you reach Drake Road. Turn left onto Drake Road which then you will enter WMU's Business, Technology and Research Park/Engineering College Campus. (Drake Rd. will become Campus Drive). Follow Campus Drive. 0.6 miles, turn left at College Circle (fourth possible left after crossing Parkview Ave) and follow into WMU Soccer Complex entrance.
  • From M-43: Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo onto Riverview Drive. Go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles. It then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. Follow Stadium Drive until you reach the Drake Road/Stadium Drive light. Turn left to head down Drake Road and crossing the light at Parkview Ave. You will enter WMU's Business, Technology and Research Park/Engineering College Campus. (Drake Rd. will become Campus Drive). Follow Campus Drive. 0.6 miles, turn left at College Circle (fourth possible left after crossing Parkview Ave) and follow into WMU Soccer Complex entrance.


Parking: Fans are only permitted to park in the WMU Soccer Complex parking lot, and must refrain from parking in neighboring business lots. Overflow parking is available in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences ramp, located just over a block southeast of the soccer complex.

Concessions: All concession stands are managed by Kalamazoo Growlers Concessions, and are located near the seating section.

Emergency Information: If a situation arises which requires evacuation of the complex, we request your cooperation and assistance to exit the facility in an orderly manner. For your safety, law enforcement and game day security staff are positioned in and around the complex. 
Western Michigan University Police can be contacted at (269) 387-5555 or 911. Listen to the public-address system for information about weather, emergency evacuations and other emergency information.
 
Once an evacuation announcement has been given, please proceed to the nearest exit. Outside the complex, follow the directions of the event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the complex. Follow @wmubroncos or @wmumenssoccer or @wmuwomensSoccer on X.
 
In the case of an adverse weather situation, please seek immediate safe shelter.
 
Lost and Found: WMU Soccer lost and found is located at the Athletic Ticket Office at Gate 1. Items that are found will be taken to the Department of public Safety (269) 387-5555 on the next business day following the game.

Prohibited Items & Behavior:
 • Aerosol and spray cans
 • Well behaved and Leashed Animals are permitted, but should not be in the seating area.
 • Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
 • Bicycles
 • Flammable and pyrotechnical substances and items regardless of their type and purpose (except for matches and pocketsize lighters)
 • Laser Pointers
 • Projectile toys (including footballs, frisbees and beach balls)
 • Video cameras, tripods and selfie sticks
 • Weapons (click here for WMU's weapon policy)
 • Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the complex
 • Authorities reserve the right to inspect any item at any time
 • WMU is not responsible for any items left at gate or in the complex
 
Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Western Michigan University is a Tobacco Free campus. The use of tobacco products is no permitted indoors or outdoors on any University property. The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco & vapes can result in removal from the facility & campus.
 
Prohibited Behavior
Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to: throwing objects of any kind; demonstrating unruly behavior; attempting to enter the field of play; engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of student-athletes, coaches, officials or other guests; attempting to climb the goal posts; removing turf or athletic equipment; and/or taunting event staff, visiting teams and/or public safety officials. Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season ticket privileges. Consequences for guests exhibiting prohibited behavior may include, but are not limited to: loss of ticket buying privileges, ejection from the venue, and/or arrest. The University reserves the right to not enforce, within the sole discretion of the University, prohibited behaviors based on the interests of public safety, operational or staffing considerations or any other consideration.
 
 Solicitation/Literature
Resale of tickets, setting up a promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or around any WMU Athletic venue without the permission of the Western Michigan Department of Athletics is prohibited.
  
Alcoholic Beverages:  will be available for purchase on select game dates
-Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in WMU Soccer Complex.
-Alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed inside the complex.
-Alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of the complex.

WMU SOCCER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALCOHOL PURCHASE

  • Patrons MUST be 21 or over to purchase, consume or possess alcohol inside Waldo Complex.
  • ALL IDs will be checked.
  • A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages will be sold per transaction.
  • No alcoholic beverages may be sold or served to any person who is visibly intoxicated, visibly intoxicated guests will not be permitted to enter the venue or be sold/served alcohol.
  • Beer/Wine/Seltzer service will be discontinued at the 25-minute mark in the second half.
  • Beer/Wine/Seltzer may not be served in single portions of more than 16 ounces.
  • Students that are over 21 will be treated the same as all of age patrons and will need to go through the same ID verification process and be under the same limits.
  • Signage is displayed at all points of sale notifying customers of the key components of Kalamazoo Concessions policies.
  • Guest caught passing alcohol to minors or guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, will be ejected and potentially subject to criminal charges.
  • No beer/wine/seltzer may be taken out of the venue.
  • Alcohol related issues can be reported by texting 269-509-0062 or notifying the nearest event staff person.
  • On days where alcohol is served, if an attendee leaves the athletic venue, re-entry into the facility will not be permitted.
  • We will have Public Safety Officers stationed in the ID checking areas as well as monitoring the service of alcohol.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
