Waldo Stadium | Lawson Arena



WALDO STADIUM POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALCOHOL PURCHASE

1. Patrons MUST be 21 or over to purchase, consume or possess alcohol inside Waldo Stadium.
2. ALL IDs will be checked. Once verified a wristband will be placed on your wrist. You may not give your wristband to anyone else.
3. You must have the appropriate wristband for each game to purchase alcohol.
4. Torn or broken wristbands will not be accepted for alcohol purchase.
5. A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages will be sold per transaction.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold or served to any person who is visibly intoxicated, visibly intoxicated guests will not be permitted to enter the venue or be sold/served alcohol.
7. Beer/Wine/Seltzer service will be discontinued at the beginning of the 4th quarter in all stands.
8. Guests caught passing alcohol to minors or guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, will be ejected and potentially subject to criminal charges.
9. No alcohol may be taken out of the stadium.
10. Alcohol related issues can be reported

  • or notifying the nearest stadium event staff
11. If an attendee leaves the athletic venue, re-entry into the facility will not be permitted.
12. Public Safety Officers will be present at ID/point of sale locations to monitor the process and remove any patron who violates our policies.
13. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

LAWSON ARENA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALCOHOL PURCHASE
