VISITING TEAM INFORMATION
Visitors Welcome Guide
As it gets closer to your event at Western Michigan University, you will have more specific communication from a certified athletic trainer that's pertinent to your venue and sport competition.
In your locker room, we will supply you with:
- Taping and treatment tables
- Courtesy tape, band-aids, and OSHA materials
- Ice, ice bags, water, and cups
On the field/sideline, you will find:
- 10 gal coolers of water with cups
- Ice chest with ice bags and flexi-wrap
- Ice will be distributed between your sideline and locker room. More will be made available depending on weather conditions or at your request.
- Biohazard kit and bin
- A student athletic trainer will be on your sideline and will assist you with any needs you may have during the game.
Note:Â If you will not be traveling without an athletic trainer or a certified athletic trainer, call ahead to notify the athletic training staff and send a note detailing the treatment needed for your student-athlete.
