Videoboard Messaging
Birthday videoboard message requests must be received, paid for in full with a credit/debit card, at least 3 business days prior to the event. There is no exception to this rule.
Additional Guidelines & Information
WMU Athletics reserves the right to edit or refuse to display any message. The message may not contain any form of commercialism, political commentary, etc. and must comply with NCAA, MAC, and the WMU rules, regulations, and policies.
WMU Athletics reserves the right to limit the number of birthday videoboard messages available per event.
Cancelations & Refunds
Birthday messages will take place rain or shine. In the event that a game is canceled, you may re-schedule your birthday message for another date (based on availability) or choose to be refunded. If you would like to cancel your birthday message due to other circumstances, you must do so three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled event.
