Zach Terrell
Zach Terrell is employed by Zeigler Auto Group and serves as their General Manager of there Honda, BMW, Lincoln, & Chrysler Dodge RAM store in Kalamazoo. As one of the youngest General Managers in the history of Zeigler Auto Group, Zach oversees 160 employees and over $30 Million dollars in annual vehicle, parts, and service sales. Zach also serves as a Senior Consultant for Elevate, their Leadership & Team Building Academy that provides real life experience and techniques to build your business into a world-class culture.

Zach continues to actively serve West Michigan by serving in multiple capacities for WMU’s Haworth College of Business, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Tree of Life School, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.


David Kool
David Kool attended Western Michigan University from 2006-2010 where he played on the Men's Basketball Team all four years. He is currently the Athletic Director at Grand Rapids South Christian. Kool began his post-graduation career as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at WMU for three years from 2010-2013, then went to Jenison High School from 2013-2017 where I served as the Dean of Students, Pre-K PE Teacher and Boys Varsity Basketball Coach. Following his time at Jenison, he served as the Assistant Athletic Director, PE Teacher and Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at Holland Christian High School from 2018-202.
Jamie Hence
Jamie Hence, an Elkhart, Indiana native has been actively developing athletes for over 30 years. His client list ranges from elementary to college students with a growing list of adults.

Hence owns a personal training business, coaches at the local high school (Pickerington High School North) and is the President and Coach of Pacesetters Track Club in Ohio. He left his leadership position with Nationwide Insurance Company of 29 years to follow his passion. In these roles he has produced numerous All-Conference, All-Americans, National Champions and most importantly Scholarship Athletes. He has aspirations of opening his own facility where he can continue his passion on a larger scale.

In 1994 Hence started as a WMU assistant track coach winning the 1995 and 1996 Outdoor Track and Field Mid-American Conference Championships and produced numerous All-Conference and All-American athletes. He also competed and coached for the WMU Football team winning the Mid-American Conference Title in 1988 as a student.

In 2000, Hence was inducted into Western Michigan University’s Hall of Fame for his personal accomplishments in football and track from 1985-89.
