How To Order Tickets

Fans can order ticket in person at the Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium, via phone or on-line at wmubroncos.com/tickets

Fans wishing to renew their season tickets on-line, can click here

Ticket Replacement Policy

  • Western Michigan University is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets.  There are no refunds or exchanges for previously purchased tickets.
  • If a ticket holder reports to the game without their tickets, they may purchase a seating pass for the full face value of the ticket.  A full refund will be issued if the misplaced tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 15 days of the event.
  • If tickets are lost in the mail, the ticket holder must contact the Athletic Ticket Office at least one day prior to the event.

Will Call Policy

  • Ticket orders received by the Bronco Ticket Office within five (5) business days of the event will NOT be mailed.  Tickets will be held at will call at University Arena.
  • A picture ID is required to pick up tickets left in Will Call.

University Arena Information
  • Gate Information: University Arena gates open 1 hour prior to the scheduled game time. 
  • Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Western Michigan University is a Tobacco Free campus. The use of tobacco products is no permitted indoors or outdoors on any University property.
  • First Aid: If you are in need of first aid or emergency care during an event please see an usher located in your section.
  • Handicap Seating: is available in the upper level in front of sections BB and CC. Please contact the Bronco Ticket Office if you are in need of handicap seating.
  • Lost & Found: University Arena lost and found is located at the Bronco Ticket Office located inside the main entrance.  Items that are found will be taken to the Department of Public Safety (387-5555) on the next business day following the game.

• Bottles (spectators may bring in one bottle of factory unopened water)
• Seat cushions containing any type of metal or those with pockets, zippers, storage slots, seat backs, arm rests, or attachments of any kind
• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and spray cans
• Umbrellas
• Flags and flagpoles
• Alcoholic beverages
• Food of any kind
• Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
• Video cameras, tripods and selfie sticks
• Strollers
• Projectile toys (including footballs, Frisbees and beach balls)
• No cases or binocular cases
• Weapons (click here for WMU's weapon policy)
• Coolers
• Briefcases
• Backpacks
• Fanny packs
• Cinch Bags
• Luggage of any kind
• Computer bags and camera bags
• Any bag larger than permissible size*
  *Normal sized purses, diaper bags, and seat pads are permissible but are subject to inspections
• Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the arena
• Authorities reserve the right to inspect any item at any time
• WMU not responsible for any items left at gate or in arena

Game Day Information

Tickets and Will Call
  • Game day ticket sales and Public Will Call will open at 1.5 hours prior to game time at University Arena Ticket Office.  Gates officially open one hour prior to game time.
  • WMU PLAYER and VISITING TEAM WILL CALL are located to the left of University Arena main ticket windows.

Parking Information

  • Lot 13 Parking – Season ticket holders who have met the Bronco Athletic Fund membership requirements will have parking access to Lot 13, located adjacent to University Arena.
    • Printed Season Tickets: If you receive printed season tickets, your printed parking pass was included in your season ticket packet. Display your permit visibly in your vehicle window at all times.
    • Digital Season Tickets: If you receive digital season tickets, your Lot 13 parking pass is also digital and can be accessed through your WMU Ticket Portal. Passes are scanned upon entry. Have your digital pass ready on your mobile device when approaching the lot attendant or scanner.
      • It is recommended that you add your tickets and parking pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet prior to arriving on campus. Digital wallets provide quick, reliable access even if cell service is unavailable.
      • Parking in Lot 13 is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the section of the lot closest to University Arena. Signage will be posted at the entrance, and attendants will direct vehicles as needed.
    • Please plan to arrive early and allow additional time to enter the lot, particularly on high-attendance game days.
Free Shuttle Service and Additional Parking
Free parking and shuttle service are available for all fans without a Lot 13 parking permit. Shuttle service begins one hour prior to tip-off and runs continuously throughout the game and postgame from the following locations:
  • Lot 102 – Softball Field Lot
  • Lot 23 – Ring Road across from Arcadia Flats
  • Hillside Parking Garage – near the Student Center
Both parking and shuttle service are free of charge.
  • Additional Parking Options

    For additional parking options, fans may park in Lot 48, located behind the Ellsworth Hall building. A newly paved pedestrian walkway connects this lot to the Student Recreation Center University Arena. During regular Rec Center building hours, fans may walk through the Recreation Center and enter the arena via the tunnel connecting the two buildings.

    Parking may also be available in the Kalamazoo College Athletic Complex lot, located off West Michigan Avenue. Street parking is also available around Kalamazoo College on Burrows Road.

    Additionally, a limited number of spaces (20) for ADA parking is available in Lot 18 (east side of Read Fieldhouse near the Bronco Statue) is designated for accessible/handicap parking. A valid handicap placard or issued parking pass is required for entry.

Directions

  • From I-94: Exit at Oakland Drive (Exit 75) and go North. Go through the stoplight at Howard Street and continue one mile until coming to Oliver Street on your left. Turn left onto Oliver and take it to the stoplight on Stadium Drive. Go through the light. University Arena is immediately in front of you. 
  • From US-131: Take Stadium Drive East exit through the light at Howard Street. Continue for one mile until reaching the light at Oliver Street. Turn left on Oliver. University Arena is immediately in front of you.
  • From M-43 North of Kalamazoo:Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo on to Riverview Drive; go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles; it then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. Pass Waldo Stadium on your left. The first traffic light past Waldo Stadium will be Oliver Street. Turn right at the light. The University Arena / Read Fieldhouse complex will be directly in front of you.

  • When will my tickets be mailed?  Tickets will be mailed the next business day.
  •  Where is handicap seating? Handicap seating is available in the upper level in front of sections BB and CC
  •  Where is handicap parking? Handicap parking is available in Lot #16 on the West side of University Arena.
  •  Does my small child need a ticket? Children two (2) and under are free provided they sit on a parents lap
  •  What age is considered a youth? Children in eighth grade or lower qualify for youth prices
  •  Where is the best place to park if I don't have a parking pass? Parking is also available in Ebert Field Lot (102) off of Oliver Street
