2014: Competed in nine meets during indoor season and eight during outdoor season ... First Team All-MAC for outdoor season ... MAC Champion in 400-meter dash during outdoor season ...  named Second Team All-MAC for indoor season ... took first in the 400m dash with a time of 57.81 at the Bowling Green Opener ... helped 4x400 squad to a second place finish at the Illini Classic ... set new PR in the indoor 400m dash to take four at the MAC Championships, also helping the 4x400 squad to a second place finish ... took third in the 400-meter dash at the EIU Big Blue Classic .... helped the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams to third place finishes and took second overall with  personal-best 400-meter hurdles time of 1:01.75 at the Georgia Spec Towns Invitational ... helped the 4x400 team to a first place finish at the Jesse Owens Track Classic ... took first overall in the 400-meter dash to claim first MAC title with a personal-best time of 54.60 and also helped the 4x100 and 4x400 squads to second place.

2013:  Competed in eight meets during indoor season and eight outdoors ... helped WMU to dual meet win over Toledo after competing in the 400-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles ... helped distance-medley relay squad to second place finish at the Indiana Relays ... took third in the 400-meter dash to helped WMU win ninth straight BSU Quad Meet ... scored at the Indoor MAC Championship in the 400 after placiing eighth ... took third in both the outdoor 400 and 400-meter hurdles at the EMU Twilight Meet ... took second in the 400m hurdles at the GINA Relays ... competed in 400m hurdles at the Outdoor MAC Championship.

2012: Competed primarily in the sprints during the indoor season ... ran a season-best 400-meter dash time of 59.21 at the GVSU Big Meet (2/12) ... competed primarily in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles during the outdoor season ... took third at the Jack Shaw Classic in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:03.09 (5/4).

High School: All-State in the 4x200m and 4x400m relays and finished in third place in the 300m hurdles ... finished first in the region in the 4x200, 4x400 and in the 300m hurdles ... competed in the New Balance National Track Meet in New York as a part of the 4x400m team, finishing 12th in the nation ... took third place in the 300m hurdles at the Dayton Relays ... competed in the 300m hurdles at the Midwest Meet of Champions
