KALAMAZOO, Mich - With softball season in full swing, Western Michigan Softball released its promotional schedule for all 17 home games at Ebert Field.

Promotions and game times are subject to change. For the latest updates of cancellations and game changes, please go to wmubroncos.com/softball. Below are details for the 2026 Softball Promotional Schedule:

Season-Long Promotions:

Anthem Buddies:

• Youth baseball and softball players can take the field with the Broncos for the National Anthem. Interested parties can sign up at wmubroncos.com/sbanthembuddies

Select a Song:

• Vote on the @wmusoftball_ Instagram story for one song you'd like to hear between innings. Fans may only vote on the day of the game.

Tate on Howard Home Run T-shirt Toss:

• Following a Broncos home run, t-shirts will be thrown into the crowd!

Game Day Contests:

• Fans can compete in a contest at the Marketing table to win a Bronco Prize Pack!

Individual Game Promotions:

Friday, Mar. 20: 3 p.m. vs. Bowling Green - Bark in the Park

• Opening Day at Ebert Field!
• Celebrate our home opener with your furry friends! WMU branded bandanas and dog treats will be available at the Marketing table
• Your first chance to grab a 2026 Bronco Softball schedule poster

Saturday, Mar. 21: 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. Doubleheader vs. Bowling Green - My Cause Day

• Join us in recognizing what cause you fight for
• Post game autographs will take place on the field following the 3 p.m. game

Tuesday, Mar. 24: 2 p.m. & 4 p.m. Doubleheader vs. Oakland

• Free Pizza for current WMU students (while supplies last)

Friday, Mar. 27: 3 p.m. vs. Akron - Hometown Heroes

• Join us in honoring local Hometown Heroes such as First Responders and Military members

Saturday, Mar. 28: 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. Doubleheader vs. Akron - Women in Sports and Events (WISE) & Little League Softball Day

• Celebrate Women in Sports and Youth Softball in Southwest Michigan
• Have an opportunity to take the field with your favorite players, and throw out the first pitch!
• One lucky little-leaguer will announce batters during a select inning
• Post game autographs will take place on the field following the 3 p.m. game

Tuesday, Apr. 7: 3 p.m. vs. Central Michigan - Teachers in Bleachers / Faculty Staff Appreciation

• Calling all teachers to the ballpark!
• Honored with first pitches and recognition from players, coaches and staff

Wednesday, Apr. 8: 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. Doubleheader vs. Central Michigan - Gold Rush

• All fans WEAR GOLD!
• "Beat Central" rally towels and pins will be available at the Marketing table

Friday, Apr. 17 & Saturday, Apr. 18: Alumni Weekend / Softball 50th Anniversary Weekend

• Celebrate the 50th season of Bronco Softball at Ebert Field, with softball alumnae being recognized throughout the weekend
• Post game autographs will take place on the field following the 3 p.m. game on Saturday the 18th

Friday, Apr. 24: 3 p.m. vs Toledo - Senior Weekend / Mental Health Awareness

• Beginning of an exciting weekend of sending off our 2026 seniors
• Green ribbons will be available at Marketing table for Mental Health Awareness

Saturday, Apr. 25: 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. Doubleheader vs. Northern Illinois - Senior Weekend

• Join us to celebrate the senior class of Emily Yacapraro, Tristen Head, Jadeyn Merrill, and Haleigh Smith! Senior Day flowers are presented by Ambati Flowers
