Top-Seeded Broncos Open MAC Tournament Against Ball State

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Western Michigan men's tennis team opens the 2024 Mid-American Conference Tournament against Ball State on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the University of Toledo.
 
The top-seeded Broncos, in search of their 16th MAC Tournament title, and the fourth-seeded Cardinals split the regular-season series. Each team defended its home court. BSU earned a 4-3 win in Muncie back on March 22, before WMU wont 5-2 in Kalamazoo on April 5.
 
This is the second-straight year that Western Michigan and Ball State have opened the MAC Tournament. Last season, the Broncos swept the Cardinals, 4-0, in Kalamazoo.
 
The winner will advance to the MAC Tournament Championship on Sunday at 1 p.m. to take on the winner of Toledo vs. Northern Illinois.
