TAMPA, Fla. – The Western Michigan women's tennis team saw its five-match winning streak snapped at the University of South Florida on Sunday afternoon with a final score of 6-1. The Broncos are now 7-5 overall and will head to Florida Gulf Coast tomorrow for a match at 5 p.m. in Fort Meyers.

The Lady Bulls took the doubles point with wins at No. 3 and No. 2, in that order, taking a 1-0 lead heading into singles play. USF pushed its lead to 4-0, clinching the match, winning matches at the four, one, and six before winning the two spot as well.

Barbare Eristavi delivered a punch at No. 3 as she defeated Cardoso in three sets with a score of 6-4, 0-6, 7-5 to pick up her sixth dual-match victory and is now 3-1 at the three spot.
The Broncos look to get back on track tomorrow, traveling to Florida Gulf Coast. First serve is set for 5 p.m.
