KALAMAZOO, Mich.- Â The Western Michigan softball game scheduled for Tuesday, March 27 at Michigan State has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 28 at 4:00 P.M.

The Broncos (14-13) are coming off their first Mid-American Conference series of the year against Kent State. WMU had two close games on Saturday losing 7-8 in nine innings and 1-0 in the second game. The Broncos rebounded on Sunday and defeated the Golden Flashes, 12-1.

In the victory, freshman
Sydney Stefanick pitched a complete game, only allowing one run off six hits. Stefanick helped herself at the plate going 4-for-4 with two doubles, two runs scored, two RBIs and hitting her first career home run.Â

WMU will be on the road for its next series this weekend at Bowling Green starting Friday, March 30 at 3:00 P.M. followed by a doubleheader on Saturday, March 31 beginning at 1:00 P.M.

The Broncos will return home to Fran Ebert Field on Tuesday, April 3 for a doubleheader with Central Michigan beginning at 1:00 P.M.
