The Bronco doubles duo of
Jannik Opitz and
Kennosuke Nouchi won the first doubles match at No. 2 but wins at No. 1 and No. 3 for the Nittany Lions sealed the doubles point for Penn State.
PSU would then take a 3-1 advantage through three singles matches as Opitz was the lone Bronco to win his match at No. 3 after he defeated Christos Antonopoulo 6-4, 6-1. The sophomore is now 19-9 overall and 5-2 at No. 3 in dual match play.
WMU evened the match at three apiece as

Maik Steiner in overall wins with 20 this year. The match would come down to the sixth singles match but junior
