CLEVELAND  – On Wednesday the Mid-American Conference announced that Western Michigan men's basketball junior guard
Bryce Moore has been named male Scholar Athlete of the Week.
For the week of Dec. 25 – Jan. 1, Moore helped lead the Broncos to a 92-71 victory over Chicago State. Against the Cougars, Moore tallied seven points while also collecting three rebounds, three steals and one assist.
Moore has been one of the premier three-point shooters for the Broncos, leading the team with 29 three's made and ranking third in the conference with a .439 three-point field goal percentage.
As a business major, the Indianapolis, Ind., native has a cumulative grade point average of 3.45 and term GPA of 3.77.
