Men’s Basketball at Buffalo Moved to Feb. 2 on CBS Sports Network

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced on Friday that the Western Michigan at Buffalo men's basketball game has been added to the league's television package and will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network.

The game between the preseason MAC West and MAC East favorites has been moved to Friday, Feb. 2 at 7:00 p.m. and will air live on CBS Sports Network.  The game against the Bulls was originally slated for Saturday, Feb. 3 at 2:00 p.m.

Both games against Buffalo will be nationally-televised as the Broncos square off with the Bulls in Kalamazoo on Friday, Jan. 19 on ESPNU. WMU leads the all-time series, 13-11 and has won two of the previous three meetings. The last meeting between the two programs came on Jan. 23, 2016 with the Broncos coming away victorious inside University Arena, 91-71.

In the preseason polls, Western Michigan was picked to repeat as MAC West champions while Buffalo was picked to win the MAC East. The Broncos were picked to win the MAC Tournament Championship with 10 votes while Buffalo was the runner-up with nine votes.
