Hamilton had a monster week for the Broncos, taking down two of the best players the MAC has to offer in men's tennis. He was a big reason why WMU had a perfect MAC opening season, improving to 11-6 overall and 2-0 in league play as the Broncos look to defend their 2016 MAC Tournament and Regular Season Championship.

First Hamilton beat Ball State's Lucas Anderson, last season's Co-Player of the year, 7-6 (10-8), 6-0 in the Broncos 5-2 win over the Cardinals. He followed that with a 6-0, 3-6, 7-5 win over Stjepan Sisko of Toledo, the other half of the 2015-16 Co-MAC Player of the Year. Hamilton improved to 19-7 overall, 13-3 in dual matches and 5-1 at No. 1 in the lineup. He is also now one win away from hitting 100 for his singles career.

WMU is looking to keep its perfect MAC season alive this weekend, playing host to Buffalo on Friday, March 31 at 5:30 p.m. Depending on weather, the match will either be outside at Sorensen Courts or indoors at West Hills Athletic Club.
