WMU put the pressure on the RedHawks right off the bat, as the doubles team of Denise Azcui/Olivia Myers defeated Shteyn/Vasiukhina at No. 2, but Miami came back to win at No. 1 and No. 3 to take the doubles point.

Senior Barbare Eristavi got the Broncos off to a nice start in singles, earning a quick 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 6 over Miami's Hannah Shteyn. Eristavi improved to 19-7 this season and 8-6 during the spring, both of which lead the team.

The Broncos have two matches next weekend, first hosting Toledo on Friday, March 31 at 1 p.m. and then traveling to Eastern Michigan on Sunday, April 2 at 1 p.m.
