PEORIA, Ill. – Western Michigan women's tennis dominated in its final nonconference match before Mid-American Conference (MAC) play begins, beating Bradley 4-0 on the road Saturday night.

The Broncos came out and took the doubles point with no problem, as the duo of Tracy Kuhle/Melina Lyubomirova won 6-2 and Denise Azcui/Katja Fevralev clinched the point with a 6-3 win at No. 3.
In singles, the bottom half of the lineup did all the damage to the Braves, as the Broncos earned wins at No. 5, No. 6 and No. 4, respectively. Barbare Eristavi improved to 18-6 this year with a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 5 while Gabriela Slavova won at No. 6 6-2, 6-0 to move to 11-8. Azcui clinched the match with a 7-5, 6-1 win at No. 4, moving her overall record to 16-9. Lyubomirova, Fevralev and Kuhle did not finish their matches on the day.
The Broncos will open MAC play next weekend, hosting Ball State on Friday, March 24 at noon at West Hills Athletic Club. Admission to all home tennis matches is free.
