KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan gymnastics team looks to set a season-high for the third straight week on Sunday when it heads to Bowling Green at 2 p.m., to take on the Falcons.
Last week the Broncos had a top-20 score in program history with a 194.900 at home against Eastern Michigan.
Rachael Underwood won three individual titles, capturing the floor, vault and all-around title. It was her first all-around title as she scored a career-high 38.925 over her four events.
Last season, Western Michigan hosted Bowling Green as part of a three-team meet with Eastern Michigan. The Broncos scored a 195.275, the ninth-highest score in program history including a 49.100 on balance beam a then-program record.
This year the Falcons come in to the meet ranked No. 51 in the country, six spots below the Broncos. BGSU qualified for NCAA Regionals last season.
