Play will start at 1 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Three rounds of doubles will be played on Friday, two rounds of singles on Saturday and one final round of singles on Sunday. Other teams participating this weekend are MAC counterparts in Ball State, Binghamton, Buffalo, Northern Illinois and Toledo.

The Broncos are coming off the ITA Midwest Regionals roughly two weeks ago in Ann Arbor, Mich. where senior Maik Steiner stole the show, becoming the first Bronco to reach the singles semifinals under WMU head coach Dave Morin. Making his way through the bracket, Steiner defeated two nationally ranked opponents and finished 4-1 overall. WMU represented well in the doubles main draw as well going 7-3 overall, highlighted by junior Eric Olivarez and freshman Nick Schnobel advancing to the quarterfinals.

Heading into the final weekend in the fall before dual match season starts in January, Steiner leads the team in wins with an 11-3 record while sophomore Jannik Opitz follows behind with an 8-5 record. It is no doubt that the Bronco duo of Olivarez/Schnobel leads the squad in doubles with an overall 5-1 record this season.
