10 STRAIGHT

The Broncos have won their past 10 games dating back to Nov. 25, tying the best start in program history through 13 games with three other teams. Nine of the past 10 wins have come by double-figures, including each of the last seven. The 10-game winning streak is the highest in Shane Clipfell's career and the highest at WMU since 1986-87 where the team won 11 straight games. With the winning streak, the Broncos have now made their way into the College Insider Mid-Major Top-25 poll, where they are currently receiving votes. WMU has the longest winning streak in the MAC and is tied for the seventh longest in the nation overall. The Broncos have also won five straight road games,  which is tied for the eighth longest in the country.

INSIDE THE STREAK
During the Broncos 10-game winning streak, the team has outscored opponents by a margin of 15.0 points and outrebounded opponents by 8.8 a game. Redshirt junior Marley Hill has led the way for the Broncos during the winning streak, scoring 17.8 points per game while sophomore Breanna Mobley is at 14.8 and sophomore Deja Wimby has scored 11.1.  As a team, WMU has a higher field goal percentage, free-throw percentage, assist-turnover ratio and averages more blocks  and steals per game than their opponents in the last 10 games.

MOBLEY BEING MOBLEY
Ever since sophomore forward Breanna Mobley found her way into the starting lineup late last season, she has been a double-double threat each and ever game. The Lansing, Mich., native has recorded 13 double-doubles in 28 career starts, including seven coming this season. In her last two games, Mobley is averaging 17.5 ppg and 15.5 rpg. She has scored in double-figures in eight of the last nine games and grabbed 10+ rebounds in seven of the last nine games. She was named the College Sports Madness MAC Player of the Week for the second time this season following her stellar performance against Akron.

THE MATCHUP
The Cardinals own the all-time series lead 40-36, with the Broncos and have won seven of the last eight meetings. The Broncos are 14-24 when traveling to Muncie, Ind., and have dropped the last four. Ball State won both of last season's meetings, winning the first 77-53 on Jan. 23, 2016 and taking the second 70-64 on Feb. 20, 2016.

CARDINALS SCOUTING REPORT
Ball State, who is coached by fifth year head coach Brady Sallee, enters Saturday's contest 9-5 overall, 2-0 in the MAC and 5-2 at home this season. The team is led by Renee Bennett and Moriah Monaco, who score 16.0 and 15.1 points per game. The Cardinals are shooting 43.9 percent while holding opponents to 34.6 percent and rank fourth in the MAC in scoring offense, fifth in scoring defense and third in rebounding margin (+5.7).
