KALAMAZOO, Mich.- The Western Michigan men's soccer team was ranked in the Great Lakes Region top 10 for the second-straight week, coming in No. 5 in the Sept. 6 poll. WMU is also receiving votes in
TopDrawerSoccer.com's weekly national poll, ranking at 30th unofficially.Â
The Broncos improved to 4-0-0 on the season with a dominating 6-0 victory over visiting IUPUI this past Monday.
Of Western Michigan's four victories, three have been shutouts. The Broncos have outscored their opponents, 12-1. Junior forward
Brandon Bye leads the Brown & Gold with four goals and four assists, both of which are team highs.
This upcoming weekend, the Broncos will play their first ever games in California, taking on St. Mary's in Moraga, Calif., on Sept. 9 and Pacific in Stockton, Calif., on Sept. 11.
