SEVEN STRAIGHT
The Broncos have won their past seven games dating back to Nov. 21, with three coming on the road, three at home and one at a neutral site. The seven-game winning streak is the highest in Shane Clipfell's career and the highest at WMU since the 2003-04 season. WMU is now chasing an eight-game winning streak, which the program hasn't had since the 1994-95 season where the team won nine straight games. WMU, who is now in a tie with Toledo atop the MAC West, hasn't had an 8-2 start to the season since 1993-94. 

INSIDE THE STREAK
During the seven-game winning streak, WMU is outscoring their opponents 70.3 to 56.1 (+14.2) while shooting 44.6 percent to opponents 36.8 percent. The Broncos have made 43 more free throws than their opponents and have a +6.3 rebounding margin. Marley Hill has been leading the way at 16.9 points per game while Breanna Mobley is averaging a double-double at 14.3 points and 10.0 rebounds in the last seven games. Six out of the seven wins during the streak have come by double-digits. 

POST UNIT
The frontcourt, also known as the "Post Unit" by the team, has been dominating this season, as Marley Hill leads the team at 16.0 points per game and Breanna Mobley is second at 14.3 per game. The two are also first and second on the team in rebounding, as Mobley leads the way with 9.0 and Hill is at 5.8.

SECOND HALF DOMINANCE
In their victories this season, the Broncos have outscored their opponents 321-239 in the second half including a 160-111 margin in the third quarter and 161-128 in the fourth quarter. WMU is 6-0 when leading at the half and 8-0 when leading after three quarters this season. Last season, the Brown & Gold finished 11-3 when leading at halftime and 15-2 when leading after three quarters. 

THE MATCHUP
The Broncos lead the all-time series, 12-3 with the Cougars. WMU has won the last four meetings, including a 65-56 win last season in Kalamazoo. WMU is 4-2 on the road against Chicago State and have won the last three games in Chicago. 

COUGARS SCOUTING REPORT
Chicago State has started the season 0-11 and have losses against MAC foes Northern Illinois (94-85) and Ball State (88-53), both of which came on the road. CSU is led by Sh'toya Sanders and Kaylee Allen, who score 16.0 and 13.9 points per game, respectively. Sanders also leads the team in rebounding at 9.9 per game while Allen leads the team with 2.5 assists per game.
