KALAMAZOO, Mich. – One final day of the WMU Super Challenge remains for Western Michigan women's tennis, who finished up day two of the Invite with a 4-3 record in singles and a 4-4 record in doubles.

In doubles, the duo of Olivia Myers/Denise Azcui went 2-0 on the day with wins over teams both coming from Indiana. They finished the invite 3-1 together in their first time playing together this season. Teams of Tracy Kuhle/Barbare Eristavi and Katja Fevralev/Gabriela Slavova each avenged early losses to win in the fourth round.
In singles play, Meika Ashby, Azcui and Fevralev all earned their second straight win in the invite on Saturday after starting 1-0 on Friday. Slavova earned a win on Saturday to move to 1-1 for the weekend.
The WMU Super Challenge, the team's final action of the Fall, will conclude on Sunday with one final round of singles play starting at 11 a.m. at Sorensen Courts. Entrance to all home tennis events is free of charge.
