KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Sophomore Breanna Mobley of the Western Michigan women's basketball team was named the College Sports Madness Mid-American Conference Player of the Week on Monday and followed that up by being named the MAC West Player of the week on Tuesday following her stellar performance in the Broncos 76-63 win over Davidson on Sunday, Nov. 13.

Mobley, who received her first career MAC Player of the Week award, picked up right where she left off last season, scoring a career-high 27 points and grabbing 11 rebounds against the Wildcats. She's now had seven double-doubles in her last 10 games dating back to last season. Mobley was extremely efficient against Davidson, going 11-for-13 from the floor and 5-for-8 from the free-throw line to help the Broncos to a 1-0 start to the season. She scored 17 of her 27 points in the second half, where the Broncos came back from down one at the break to win by 13.
The Broncos will welcome in No. 22 Michigan State on Friday, Nov. 18 at University Arena with tipoff scheduled for 7 p.m.
